TAMMY WILLIAMS, ASSOCIATE BROKER

Licensed in January 1994, Tammy is the lead member of our department that specializes in the leasing of I.C.I space and is skilled at both Landlord and Tenant representation. Tammy has represented clients ranging from both locally owned, community based businesses to larger national and multi-national Companies including: Starbucks, Money Mart, Curves For Women, Jaguar Beauty Group (Sally Beauty Supply), Gates Canada, Inc., and Subway. She is currently a CCIM Candidate and is in the process of completing the graduate level courses required of all CCIM designees. Tammy’s dedication and enthusiasm towards her business is evident in both the quantity and quality of the transactions she has negotiated.

In the past few years, Tammy has expanded her real estate representation to include the purchase / sale of I.C.I. properties. She has been successful in negotiating sales in the Industrial / Warehouse, Retail / Office, and Multi-Family sectors of Commercial real estate. Expanding her business to include I.C.I sales has made Tammy a more well-rounded real estate professional.
