Sam has been actively selling both residential and commercial Real Estate full-time in Essex County for 25 years. Over that span of his career he has owned and operated 3 separate Real Estate Companies and garnered a lifetime of experience which he is pleased to share with all his Clients.

His wife, Valerie, was "born and bred" in Windsor and now holds a position teaching in the Public School system. They raised 2 children and that family has just started to expand with the recent birth of their Grandson.

Sam graduated with Honors from University in Waterloo in the early '70s and, prior to Real Estate, spent years in the Hospitality Industry. That afforded him the ability to hone his "service" skills. These skills have proved invaluable in providing today's Clients with a combination of expertise and social skills that have blessed Sam with the great success he has achieved.

The career move to sell for Re/Max Capital Inc. has been extremely positive for Sam. The decision to give up Management and get back into the "Sales" aspect have revitalized his passion to ensure that Clients walk away from every transaction with a feeling of total satisfaction.
